Refunds & Returns

We hope you enjoy your AOMOSUR product and that it meets your expectations. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We accept returns for items with verified manufacturer defects within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Window

If your item has a quality issue or defect, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Request a Return Authorization

Email customer@aomosur.com before sending an item. Our team will verify eligibility and provide RMA instructions.

Return Conditions

The product must not be installed or activated. Include all original parts, manuals and packaging in good condition, without writing, tape or labels.

Shipping & Warranty

Use trackable, insured shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. After 30 days, warranty coverage may still apply.

Choose the correct app for your product and download it from an official source.

How to Install an APK File

APK files must be installed manually on Android devices. For your security, only use the official download buttons above.

  1. Open this page on the Android device where you want to install the app.
  2. Tap the Android APK button for the app you need.
  3. Open the file from your browser notification or Downloads folder.
  4. If blocked, open Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps.
  5. Select the browser or file manager used for the download.
  6. Turn on “Allow from this source.”
  7. Return to the downloaded APK and tap Install.
  8. After installation is complete, tap Open.

Note: Menu names and settings may vary depending on your Android device and system version.
